    When I read a quote by Jim Collins – an author and a specialist in BUSINESS GROWTH – I was taken aback (maybe just a little bit) when he simply said:

    “Great vision without great people is irrelevant.”
    (You may want to read that again).

    But isn’t he undoubtedly right?
